Am I able to cancel or edit my order after placing it?

We understand that there may be situations for which you need to cancel or edit your order. While we always do our best to provide premier service, we try to move all orders into production as quickly as possible. Once your order has reached our production, we will not be able to cancel or edit it due to system limitations.

What shipping methods are available, and how long will it take to get my order?

Depending on specific products, we offer several different shipping options with USPS and UPS:

USPS Free Standard: 3-7 business days

UPS Standard: 2-6 business days

Some of the products in our shop are made to order. These estimated delivery times do not include production and fulfillment. Please add about 2 to 4 business days to the estimated delivery dates.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be fulfilled on Monday.

Please note: USPS and other carriers are experiencing significant delays. We kindly request customers wait up to 14 business days from when the order was shipped.

Due to the current pandemic, shipping on orders may be temporarily delayed. Your order may make an extra stop along the journey — rest assured that your package is on its way, and we are doing our best to get it to you expediently.

Our goal is to maintain the safety of our team members and third-party partners during this time. We are working to take the necessary precautionary measures to protect everyone that works for and with us while complying with the best social distancing practices.

What's your return policy?

Most of our products are made exclusively to order. The YBCA’s gift cards are neither returnable nor refundable, nor are any promotional or final sale items such as face masks, books, posters, etc. 

Before purchasing apparel products, please ensure that you choose the correct sizes. For your convenience, we provide size charts on each product page. 

If your order arrived damaged or has production-related issues, incorrect sizes, or problems with the printing quality, please contact us immediately or within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. We will be happy to send you a replacement item.

What is the status of my order?

To check the status of your delivery, please use the tracking link that we will send you as soon as we generate a shipping label. Please note that orders will only be trackable and have status updates once the items are shipped. 

Due to the current pandemic, shipping on orders may be temporarily delayed, but our team and our partners do our best to ensure that your order will be fulfilled as quickly as possible.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship most of our products to over 150 countries around the world. Please note that shipping costs and delivery time varies from country to country.

When can I expect my refund?

If your refund request is approved, we will send a refund notification email as soon as we have issued your refund. It usually takes up to 10 business days (depending on your bank) for the refunded amount to be credited back to the original payment method.

We accept debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Android Pay.

Does YBCA offer complimentary shipping?

Yes! YBCA offers complimentary shipping to all domestic orders (within the US) for all orders $100+.
